Ms. Granato, a 2-time Olympian retired from USA Hockey in September 2005 after a career that spanned from Nagano 1998 to Salt Lake 2002 and additional years on the U.S. Women's National Team prior to Torino 2006.
During her international career representing Team USA, she won the inaugural Olympic Gold medal in the sport in 1998 and an Olympic Silver medal. Additionally, she won a IIHF Women's World Hockey Championship in 2005 which was also the first in U.S. history and 8 World Championship Silver medals.
Cammi is a graduate of Providence College.
She and Canadian Angela James were the first 2 inducted female members of the Hockey Hall of Fame. Additionally, she is a member of the IIHF Hall of Fame and U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame as both a player and a member of the 1998 Olympic Gold medal team.
Cammi is married to Ray Ferraro and has two sons. They live today in the greater Vancouver, B.C. area.
