December 22 - Alexandra Poznikoff signed a Reserve SPA (Standard Player Agreement) with PWHL Montreal. Each PWHL team can carry 3 reserve players and are paid $15,000 USD and receive medical benefits from the League. Reserve players are not required to live in the city that their team is located, but if they do they are able to attend practice every day.

Prior to the PWHL, Alex played in the PWHPA for Team Harvey’s and won the final PWHPA championship of the Secret Dream Gap tour in 2023. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta.
