Sydney Peterson - FIS NORDIC SKI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

Sydney Peterson - FIS NORDIC SKI WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

In Trondheim, Norway, the international federation that oversees all of skiing, did something unique bringing together for the first time Nordic Skiers that are Olympic & Paralympic hopefuls at one event. Paralympic hopefuls for Milan were given this opportunity to ski in front of 35,000-40,000 spectators at this event.

By far, the largest crowds that any Para Nordic skier has ever competed.

Sydney Peterson won a BRONZE medal at this event. In Sydney's case, the first half of the season she was in school at the @UniversityOfUtah working on her PhD in #neuroscience and training after school for her dual role as also being on the U.S. ParaNordic Team.

She has been in Europe now a few weeks and has medaled at the ParaNordic World Championship and the World Cup Final. The #RoadToMilan keeps moving along.
