PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S HOCKEY PLAYERS ASSOCIATION:
One of 200 founding members in May of 2019 to create an association to serve as a vehicle dedicated to promoting and supporting the creations of a single, viable women’s professional league in North America. The players will join their voices and work together to build a sustainable league that will showcase their talent as well as having financial and infrastructure resources. The founding members hail from Canada, Europe and the United States.

CHARITABLE GIVING:
As a result of her participation in the 2019 NHL All Star Weekend, the National Hockey League provided Renata with a $25,000 USD donation to the charity or hockey programs of her choice. Renata gave the money to her local hockey association in Burlington, ON.
