Been There, Won That AGAIN beer
Minnesota Frost forward Kelly Pannek adds her second beer for good in the Twin Cities following her back-to-back Walter Cup Championship with Twin Cities brewer FULTON BEER COMPANY.
The initial beer launched in December 2024 and sold out is supply during the first round of the playoffs vs Toronto was inspired by a piece of hockey tape her mom (Molly) put on a can at the Walter Cup Championship celebration at Tom Reid’s Hockey Bar in St Paul celebrating the 2nd championship.
Just as with the original “Been There, Won That” partial proceeds will benefit MOSAIC HOCKEY COLLECTIVE in the Metro Twin Cities region.
In Kelly’s case, she had a 2024-25 season to remember by winning the IIHF Women’s World Championship and Walter Cup within 8 weeks of each other. She alongside Lee Stecklein, Team Captain Kendall Coyne Schofield, Taylor Heise, Grace Zumwinkle and Britta Curl Salemme became the first women to lift the Walter Cup and World Championship in the same year.
